What do you see in the diagnostic text that is shown on the Roon ARC settings page of the normal Roon client (not Roon ARC)?

Have you searched this forum and the Roon Help Centre for solutions using terms showing in the diagnostic text? In particular have you seen:

As it stands, you have given no information that is useful to anyone trying to help. At the very least, anyone helping would need to see the diagnostic text mentioned above. It may also help to have a more detailed description of your network and how networked devices are connected to the router (Direct ethernet, Direct WiFi and WiFi over a mesh network for example).

For some issues, knowledge of the ISP you are using may also be pertinent.

Hi @Robert_Audet,

Based on the OS of the RoonServer machine reported to our diagnostics, you should be able to install Tailscale quite easily for reliable remote access with ARC.

Alternatively, you can take the port forwarding route suggested above.

Please let us know if you have any questions either way.
