· I am having far more issues than usual playing some Qobuz albums. All my local music works fine. With Qobuz albums, a lot of times the first track might play fine, but then other tracks never start (the progress bar coloration slides back and forth). Other albums that I browse to via the artist discography won't play at all, every track errors out. This is extremely frustrating (especially since I recently signed up for the Qobuz three year price lock). Some albums stream just fine, and I know Qobuz occasionally moves objects around which messes up my library, but I know how to work around that. That's why I mentioned earlier that I browse to the album via the artist's discography page. Just having issues with far more albums than usual.

· NETGEAR Nighthawk X6S. Netgear GS105 switch. All my other Internet connectivity is fine. I work from home full time.
I’m having the same issue. I’ve gone to Qobuz itself and confirmed the albums play there. (They all do). I can see them in Roon, and save them to my Library, but when I press play I get the dreaded progress bar sliding back and forth. It doesn’t seem to affect all albums, but way more than a few. Very frustrating.
Same here. The problem extends even to individual tracks on the same album; for example, Track 1 on Steven O’Malley’ Sphere Collapser played fine when I first added the album, but no longer. Track 2, on the other hand, continues to play.
Thanks for writing in and sharing your report! I wanted to let you know before the weekend that our team is investigating a related issue within Qobuz, and we’ll likely have more information to share heading into next week.
Thanks for your ongoing patience here!
@Charles_Schaible and @JDINMD even if you might be experiencing similar issues, if you could please create your own support threads, that would be helpful for our team. Thank you!
Guess I’ll keep the thread alive for a bit longer with an example. Started listening to the new Wolf Alice album, The Clearing. First six songs played just fine. The seventh track, “Bread Butter Tea Sugar” wouldn’t start (oscillating progress bar) and I had to skip it. EDIT: The last track won’t play either.
The R&D team is actively investigating the issue with the Qobuz CDN. Instead of keeping this thread open, feel free to follow our Roon Software Discussion > Software Release Notes section; the information about the fix will be posted there.
