Weeks ago, I restored a new iPad Pro from the cloud. Since then, I've been having problems with Roon and the Roon Server Nukleus Plus. I need competent service and support from Roon. I purchased a Roon Lifetime subscription. The Roon Daily Support seems to have glaring problems. Please help me. Best regards, Hermann Kreimer

Thank you for reaching Roon support.

As a next step, lets reset the network settings on the Nucleus. Steps to follow below:

  1. Connect the Nucleus to a monitor or TV via HDMI.
  2. Take a picture of what are you seeing and share it here.
  3. Connect a USB keyboard to the Nucleus.
  4. Power on the Nucleus and let it boot.
  5. Press ENTER
  6. Type resetnetwork
  7. Press ENTER
