It's in Tidal but not in Roon

How do I help Roon see what I see in Tidal or Qobuz?

I can see and play this album in Tidal on my mac

But a search on Roon doesn’t find it.

This happens often enough that when I don’t find something in Roon, I assume it’s a mismatch, not an album that’s actually missing from the streaming services.

What am I missing?

I’ve seen that when a new album drops to Tidal. In every case, it’ll show up in Roon within a day or two.

Suggestion - set the album in question to your favorites in Tidal. I think you’ll see it in your album list in 1-3 days.

this sounds more like the post office than a digital system, though. Do you think Tidal is deliberately keeping things out of their api?

This has been raised and answered a dozen times, it to do with the Roon Tidal sync , search the forum for a more tech answer
