Just signed up with Roon, iPhone app will not connect to "core". Not a good start

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
HP 32 inch all in one computer.

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
Comcast modem/router combo.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Sorry fro the trouble here, @philip_vasseur! As suggested above, is there any change if you temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus running on the Core?

Is the HP connected directly to the router via Ethernet?

thanks guys, appreciate the responses. I had to uninstall Roon a number of times, and reset the VPN checklist each time, but it finally worked. So I’m up and running. Look forward to using Roon and sharing with new friends.
