I live in Brooklyn. I am not technically sophisticated. I have 4 pairs of KEF 50 LSs Wireless and 1 pair of KEF LSXs, and have had nothing but problems with them – whether using Roon or Spotify. I have repeatedly tried to get remote support but I need someone to come to my home and figure out what the problems are. You don’t specify the nature of the problems. I have a pair of LS50 wireless II and from new found that they would periodically drop connectivity over wi-fi when streaming local files or from Qobuz. The only solution that worked for me was to connect the primary speaker to the local network using Ethernet cable.
