KEF LS50W - No Sound

I have the same problem here. Same as your case.
Here is my setup;
Core Machine: Synology DS416 Play
Network: Wifi
Audio Devices: KEF LS50W via Wifi
I confirm that the KEF LS50W is connect with roon. And I can see the Roon shows playing normally but no sound output. I don’t know which part have problem. I have updated the latest firmware version of LS50W.

Can you please check to see if you are able to use Airplay to this zone?
Is there any change in behavior if you try to use another PC as the Core?

  • Create a Backup of your current database
  • Open Roon on the other PC you wish to try as the Core
  • Roon Settings -> General
  • Disconnect
  • On the “Choose your Core” screen, press “Use this PC”
  • If asked to Unauthorize, you can go ahead and do so. You are limited to one active Roon Core at a time but you are free to switch between them as often as you’d like.
  • Verify if the same behavior occurs on the different PC
