KEF LS50W still disconnects after latest firmware

Roon Rock on a NUC8i3BEH
Connected via ethernet and connected on the same switch as my LS50W which are also ethernet connected.

In my previous topic the music always stopped when going to the next track. Now it stops in the middle.
In this example I am playing a local flac from the internal SSD.

In my previous topic I had to pull the plug on the LS50Ws and wait. Now I can press play again (it is in pause) and it works again.

Some logging:

This error in a continuous loop.

Hi @Herwarth_Heitmann,

What is your network setup like? Can you let me know the model/manufacturer of your router and switch?
Does this behavior only occur with certain types of media files, such as higher-resolution content?

Again the same questions. I am playing local FLAC, so router is not relevant.
But my network is as follows: Cisco C2960CG-8T switch, Mikrotik CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+PC router. My switch is directly connected with the router.
When I say music pauses. I mean the play button is stil on play but the slider below does not move anymore. Pressing the play button to pause and then again for resuming makes it play again.
I connected the LS50W to the NUC again using USB and rock solid again.

Hi @Herwarth_Heitmann,

Thanks for letting me know that the KEFs are stable via USB. Have you by any chance tried connecting the KEFs directly to the router instead of to the switch? We are aware of a few reports regarding this behavior for KEFs on Ethernet and we have a ticket open with the technical team, any additional information you can provide would be helpful to note.

I am unable to connect them directly to the router. Router is located to far away.

but why should it matter? roon core is on the Cisco switch, leg ls50w are on the same Cisco switch. music is on the ssd in roon core. so network traffic does not even hit the router.

Hi @Herwarth_Heitmann,

Are you able to connect the LS50W via USB to the Core or to a Roon Bridge as a test?

the LS50Ws are connected to the core via USB and work very stable. only connected via ethernet makes them unstable.
