Kkbox "for you" list not found in Roon [Ticket In]

Hi Daniel,

I have already performed the following procedure:

  1. logoff and login again, same issue
  2. Update the latest Roon version, same issue
  3. Sync with KKBOX library, same issue

** I do not have this problem at the KKBOX iphone app

Seem a lot of people have the same issue and raised the ticket to report the problem.

We’re aware of the issue with missing playlists in KKBOX and our team has a ticket to investigate the behavior - please stand by and we’ll post here as soon as we have additional information.

Temporarily, I’ve install back to build 1365, that’s work, but today I get new version release, build 1388, after update, issue still happened, So I want to go back to 1365 again.

I am experiencing freezes or crashes

With Roon 2.0(build 1387) early access & Roon 2.0((build 1388) production, In the "Browse" -> "kkbox" -> "for you" tab, each of the playlists cannot be loaded completely(after clicking on one of the playlist, your system keep showing loading)
p.s. I can successfully loaded through kkbox app directly

Under “daily picks for you” as suggested by kkbox, all are showing a message “there was an error loading your playlist (not found)” when I pressed in. Please assist. Thanks.

Thanks for checking in on this! I don’t have any updates to share, unfortunately. Our dev team has a dedicated ticket in for this issue in their queue.

There’s no timeline I’m able to offer around this, but I do note that the ticket has priority!

As a potential workaround, are you able to view the content in KKBOX directly, and save any mixes as a playlist, and access the content in Roon via playlists?

So how can we get back to build 1365? where is the download file of that version?

This is currently not an option. Good news is we have a potential fix that should be set to release with our next update, so I appreciate your continued patience. :pray:
