Last.FM not scrobbling from Roon Arc (non-Arc scrobbles working fine)

Hi there,

I see someone else reported a similar issue in December 2023 and then it just started working. I’ve been having this problem for a couple weeks now. My Last.FM scrobbles work fine when using the standard Roon app. However, via Roon Arc neither scrobbling nor playback history (i.e. in the Roon app) are updating. I am signed into the same profile on all devices (I only have one profile).

One important note: I moved my Roon Server to a new machine right before this started happening. Everything else is working fine, but this seems like it can’t be a coincidence. Is there something about moving Roon Server to a new machine that might cause Arc to partly fall out of sync? I did restore from a backup on the new machine.

Any thoughts?

Ugh, I should have tried this sooner. I disconnected from my server in Roon Arc and then re-connected. Now everything is working fine.
