It was surprisingly painless. It’s given me a chance to catch up with things from my library and CD / Vinyl collection. I do have a few lined up for early 2024 that i’m excited to hear

I have been doing some rewiring. My CXCv2 is now connected to both my CXA81 (optical) and CXNv2 (coax).
CXCv2 → CXNv2 → CXA81 through XLR sounds the best 
Jammed in between the Cambridge equipment are my Sony blu-ray player and my Roon Server (Mac mini).

We work (or worked) hard to be able to have nice things that most people turn their nose up at 
But fitting in with SWMBO guidelines is important and I am sure you will find something (maybe not a TT) that fits within the rules. Took me a long time and then I pretended to let the wife make the decision

I had a friend who did this setup and with a blind test he always said that he could reliably pick you’re setup there as the best sounding option

The twin Wolfson DAC’s of the CXNv2 sound far more clearly and brighter compared to the CXA81’s single ESS Saber.

Well I was a good boy and I finally ripped this Blue-Ray over the break and that is about 8 versions between Plex and Roon.
Currently enjoying the 24/192 PCM stereo version.
