Library content cannot be added or retrieved, citing deletion and structural issues (ref#3UOD3P)

Describe the issue

I can no longer add content to my library. When I try to add a track to the library, I get the message 'this album has been deleted.' The structure of the library is also compromised — it no longer shows tracks added in the past four years. I’ve already tried logging out and restarting the router.
