Library gone, audio devices do not show up, Tidal won't sync

Hi @support,

I have been very happy with Roon but something very strange happend this morning.

Without making any changes to my set-up, my library suddenly has disappeared. Tidal won’t synch with my library. Also Roon can’t see any of my audio devices.

I am running my Roon core (1.2 build 165) on a 2011 Mac mini (El Capitan 10.11.6)

Music is stored on a synology NAS in 4 separate folders. Total amount is around 3500 albums.

The funny thing is that under the "storage’ tab in “settings” the folders are visible and connected but a re-scan does not work.

I have re-booted my mac, my router and my Nas but this did not help.

Any idea what could have caused this?
