It is the issue; as @Suedkiez pointed out, all your devices need to be on Early Access builds - build 1490 is a Production build. Read the article I referred to to learn how to install EA on your Nucleus.

Just a small head up for everyone that this is an Early Access section of the forum. While you may see topics listed here, that doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll have access to the features being discussed. This area is specifically designed for testing purposes, so it’s important to understand what that involves before diving in.
If you’d like to participate, you’ll need to be comfortable enabling Early Access on all your devices. Keep in mind that the software being tested may still have bugs or issues, so you might encounter things that don’t work as expected.
Simply viewing topics on the forum index does not guarantee access to the features being discussed, or that the software has features available in production releases.
I split off some posts related to Early Access into this thread as we prepare to release Listen Later to production 
I believe the issues discussed above were resolved in yesterday’s Early Access release so I am going to lock this thread. If you are still having an issue, please open a new thread in Roon Software Discussion or Support so our team can look into it.
