Describe the issue

Since a few days, radio stations that I select via Live Radio do not start and come back with a message that the address might have changed.

I use a Roon nucleus, which is connected via ethernet to a mash network. Playback of music from Qobuz or from the internal storage works fine.

Did you try rebooting router and Nucleus?

I did, but that did not help.

Hey @Ron_van_de_Leijgraaf,

Thanks for taking the time to write in! As a next step in testing, could you test out to see if the URL works by entering http://icecast.vrtcdn.be/klaracontinuo.aac in a web browser?

If it fails to load or returns an error, the server or stream might be temporarily down.

Are you currently on a public network?

If you temporarily disable your windows firewall, does the same issue occur?

We’ll be on standby for your reply, thank you! :+1:

Hello Benjamin,

The URL works fine in a browser.
I am on a private (home) network.
When I disabled the firewall, the sama error message appeared.

Thanks for that @Ron_van_de_Leijgraaf,

What happens if you remove the station in Roon and re-add it? To remove it, simply click the three dots next to the station and select ‘remove from library’

Then to re-add it, Go to Roon → My Live Radio → Click on the blue “+ Add a Station” and paste the link:

http://icecast.vrtcdn.be/klaracontinuo.aac

Let me know if the same issue occurs
