Unfortunately I’ll have to ask for full refund.
Without the solution, Roon is totally unusable for me.
A&K is only the player for streaming by Roon Arc.
Connecting A&K by cable to computer/server is not the solution for me.
I need it wirelessly.
I had a trial of Roon about a year ago, and it wasn’t any issue to login.
Thanks for writing in - sorry to hear about your issues! @BlackJack is correct in the above reply - Astell&Kern devices run a customized version of Android, and as they do not currently include support for the latest Android WebView components or app certification through the Google Play ecosystem, this causes issues with the reCAPTCHA.
Our team is aware of this, and are investigating potential solutions with A&K. We’re hoping we can find and release a solution soon, but we’re not able to speak on specific timelines quite yet!
