Login issue on iPad with Roon redirects to blank screen (ref#N03CRF)

Where are you trying to login?

· I can't log into Roon

Have you been redirected to [https://account.roon.app](https://account.roon.app) (the Roon login page) in your browser?

· No

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon Server app in the taskbar (MacOS), task manager (Windows) or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

Describe the issue

I am able to sign into my roon account on my DELL PC, evidently. Since I am here. But on my Ipad, Roon tells me my nucleus is "ready" but asks me to login. Then in redirects to account.roon.app. Enter my account email and password, but it revert to a blank roon Welcome login screen, blanked.

was previously work fine, and has been for years. the Nucleus is hard wired via ethernet from my modem. Wifi works on my Ipad. the ethernet is working (small yellow light at both ends of the cable...)

Hi @David_Dixon,

Please try disabling content blockers in Safari on the affected iOS device. Adblockers will prevent the URL redirect back to Roon from the default browser, causing a login loop with Roon.

This will be under Settings -> Safari -> Content Blockers.
