When I login it takes me to the browser window where I am already logged in and I am prompted to click "sign in" at which point I am taken back to Roon where I am prompted to sign in again- it takes me in a loop.
Our diagnostic servers show an active session from your RoonServer since you last posted here. Are we correct in assuming that clearing the cache/cookies resolved the login issue?
Adblockers and other content blockers can similarly intercept the redirect back to Roon from a browser. If you’re still having trouble, try the following:
Disable content blockers in your default browser temporarily
If you have any consumer VPNs, try disabling them to ensure no geoIP restrictions are in place
