Describe the issue

I log in and then I’m returned to the login page again and again and again…
It is a loop, but I don’t get logged in!

Describe your network setup

It has been working okay for a while!
I have a fiber optic connection with KPN, my internet provider. It arrives in my Fritzbox 7590 and connects to my Roon nucleus one, KEF LS 50 II Active speakers and Sonos speakers in another part of my home. Controlling it with two iPads, an iPhone and a new iMac. There is a external USB Drive connected to my Roon One

Hey @Nico_Schagen,

Thanks so much for writing in, and welcome to the Roon community! We’re excited to have you here, but also apologize in that it’s an issue that prompted your initial post.

A few first things to test right off the back:

  1. Do you run into this loop no matter the remote device you use?
  2. If possible, test out using a different web browser - if you can, try using Google Chrome
  3. Test out disabling your Mac firewall - or any third party antivirus software active on any of your remote devices.

Do you have any additional routers / mesh nodes within your setup? It sounds like your Nucleus has a direct ethernet connection to your primary router - thats a solid setup. See if you can confirm that your remote devices are also connecting to your primary router.

It may be worth triple checking any firewalls / blockages from your Fritzbox settings as well.

We’ll be monitoring for your reply and results. Thank you! :raised_hands:

Just only my Fritzbox, no firewalls, direct cable from nucleus one to the Fritzbox. Pads and Mac wifi.

Hi @Nico_Schagen,
Login loops can be caused by cookies being blocked or popup blockers. Can you make sure cookies are allowed in your browser and that you don’t have a pop-up blocker active?

Additionally can you confirm whether you tried these steps?

@Nico_Schagen - I’ve removed your screenshot, which was showing your private email address. It’s not a good idea to have private addresses displayed on a public forum. Thanks for your understanding.
