For reasons I no longer remember I have two sets of roon community credentials. I have accidently logged in with the wrong set that I never normally use. When I logout and try and login again, roon remembers my wrong credentials and logs me in again automatically using the wrong credentials.
How can I log back into roon community using my normal set of credentials?
Good question. I just logged in using an old forum account and now have the same problem, i.e. I’m being automatically logged back in. @Geoff_Coupe, it’s not that the incorrect credentials are being entered into the login box before you click the login button: clicking log in logs you straight in with no way to change the email and password.
Yup - click the Logout button and then login with the correct credentials. It may take a while before Roon Central gives you the green light, but it will eventually stamp your passport…
That’s what’s not working. I’m logged in in a different browser now but in Safari, which I normally use, logging out and then logging back in skips the screen that allows you to enter your credentials. Clicking the login button takes you straight back into the account you just logged out of.
I have exactly the same problem. I am not being given the option to use different credentials. I am auto logged in with the wrong ones. I must have tried a dozen times.
You won’t be given the option - you need to go to Chrome’s settings page and delete the credentials there…
I use Edge (which uses the Chrome engine), and I would go to Settings > Profiles > Passwords to change my credentials for the Community site if needed…
Look for the credentials set for roonlabs.com - that includes the credentials for the Community site.
