I have no contact with Tidal. All my albums in Tidal are gone. I have only Qobus, Just now I have only 100 albums. In the real I have over 2000 albums. Even the shop in Stockholm where I have bought everything have had problems today.

Thanks for the message. Can you please confirm if the same behavior is still ongoing? There was a Cloudflare outage around the time of your post that could have triggered this behavior.

As @noris mentioned, broader internet infrastructural disruptions in the last week have interrupted Roon’s cloud services widely.

Please restart RoonServer, navigate to Settings → Services → Tidal, and sign out/back in.
