Describe the issue

After your last update Roon lost three of my Zones including iPhone. It used to give me options to add them back but it’s not doing this. And one of the remaining Zones says it’s playing but no sound

Hey @Joe_Bornstein,

Thanks for writing in! We’ve seen a few scattered reports of this popping up on Mac Sequoia - can you please navigate to macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network , and make sure Roon is allowed. If it is already enabled, toggle it off and on again. Then reboot your Mac, and see if the same issue persists.

We’re hoping that with the Sequoia 13.4 update coming soon that this issue will hopefully cease to exist. Let us know if the above helps!

Glad to hear that the suggestion worked @Joe_Bornstein ! If you notice the issue re-occur you may need to use the same steps, but there is also a Mac System update (from Apple) that may help with this further, once that is released, you may want to try that update as well.
