Description of Issue

Yesterday I experienced that I had lost all my playlists in Roon, both locally and those related to Tidal. I first checked that the Tidal account was still connected and it was.
Then I restarted Roon on my laptop. The issue remained - no playlists.
Then I rebooted my NUC with Roon ROCK. Issue remained.
In lack of time to find the root cause I just restored from the latest backup.

Working in the software business myself such an incident really makes me scarred.
I need to now: how and why the playlists just disappeared?
What should I look for in the logfiles?

May this issue be related to and incident that happen a few days earlier with Roon ROCK where it seemed to turn my NUC into a heating device? Roon couldn’t connect to the server and I had to restart it from the web interface (so it was running and I had connectivity over the network).

Hi @KBSmidt ,

Apologies for the delayed response here. I’ve enabled diagnostics for your account and checked your ROCK logs for any issues, but I couldn’t find any related to your playlists. Since you have restored from your backup, has your ROCK been stable or are you still having further issues?

Hi Noris,

ROCK has been stable with no issues since I restored from my backup.
