The technical team is currently investigating reports of some issues when using Devialet devices. May I ask that you please fill out this form to aid in the investigation?

Additionally, I was hoping that you could verify that other endpoints are working okay. If you play to an endpoint besides the Devialet does the same behavior occur?

I only use Devialet as Endpoint. I will filling out the Form.

Can you try playing to System Output of one of your remotes? Knowing if the same behavior occurs when playing back to that endpoint would definitely be a great data point!
