I’ve been having issues with my saved favorite tracks in Roon for the past three days. My entire collection of favorite songs (which, for some strange reason, always appears under the “favorite albums” section in Roon) has mostly disappeared, about 90% of it. Suddenly, I only see 128 tracks in my favorites in Roon.
However, when I go to Tidal, I can still see my entire collection of favorite tracks. I’ve tried using “sync now,” logging out and back in again, but no matter what I do, I can’t get my favorite tracks from Tidal to reappear in Roon.
Does anyone have an idea what I can do to get all my favorite tracks properly back in Roon? And preferably this time in the correct section of Roon under favorite tracks instead of favorite albums.
Several people are currently experiencing Tidal sync issues. There are several threads about it. Sit tight, don’t clean your library, and wait until Roon Labs resolves it
