tested on both a pakedge rk1, pakedge SE8 (at our store) and a uverse modem/router with pakedge se8 (at client’s home).

Description of Issue
No Network connectivity. can not locate problem unit with app on tablet or PC or on network with colosoft MAC scanner or in router set up. status lights on nucleus do not light up either.
