Lost shuffle capability

I recently lost my shuffle capability when playing my playlist in roon/ nucleus. I checked Settings >play action >playlist and the shuffle is activated. The same is true for play now. I would appreciate any help

First rule of Roon Club … have you tried rebooting the Roon Core?

Can you share a screenshot of what you do see?

Have you tried rebooting your Nucleus and any remotes?

Dylan thank you for your prompt response. Another Rooner advised me to reboot everything.
I did and it is working now.
