Lost the connection to roon core

After coming back from holiday I could not find the roon core. I made a reboot via UI of Roon OS on my Ipad. It worked till I wanted to connect via my iphone. I did the reboot again. Found the connection but lost my library. From this point I could not move forward. I made a complete reinstall, but no solution.

Please help me!!!

Kind regards,

Loránd Gál

Hey @Lorand_Gal,

Ben with the support team here, I wanted to check in on your status to see if you were still running into issues?

I wasn’t able to pull diagnostics from your core device, if you could, please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader.

What does your networking setup look like? How is your core connected to your router?

I’ll be on standby for your reply. Thanks! :+1:
