Anyone else notice the disappearance of Lumin on AudioShark?

By definition a dealer operated forum promotes the products it carries directly and indirectly - it is only natural. It is one thing to remove our brand, it is another thing to banish me. My work is present in at least two other brands it still carries, and I could have helped users of those partner brands as I’ve always done. One will have to judge whether this is made in the best interests of the customers. My presence there had driven sales to it, at the complaint of other dealers - now I’m free of this dilemma, though not of of my own choice. Even in recent years it drove potential customers to our primary competitor, I still stayed there to answer customer questions. Does removing my presence will really help its profitability? Will there be unintended consequences to it business? Will this drive fans of our brand away from purchasing other brands of products from it? HiFi is not one of piece of equipment but a whole stack.

Your contributions over the years at AS, and elsewhere, are substantial. It’s quite disturbing that Mike would dismiss it all out of hand like that. Sad that all of that pertinent info is now in the wind.
