Try another USB cable. Works fine for my clients.

Thanks Mark. Just out of curiosity what usb cable do your clients normally use? I tried another cable and it seemed to do the trick.

Because a lot of the premium USB cables tend to be built beyond the USB spec, you probably can’t go wrong with the standard cheap cable, however Nordost works exceptionally well in my experience (I’ll admit I haven’t tried every brand)

Hello @Tod_Hooker, is the device not showing up in Settings > Audio? Do you have an issue if you connect this endpoint to another device and try to play Roon to it?
