Mac Mojave vs Roon

how comes that on my Mac Mini running Mojave there’s no trace of Roon (Server) in “Security & Privacy” but… everything works fine nonetheless?

I have signed to dropbox.com, but I’m not sure
what to send. I’m pretty familiar with my Mac but am not
sure what you want and where to find it…

Hey @David_Grusin,

Please see these instructions below:

  1. Open Finder and click Go in the top bar
  2. Hold down the Option key to unhide the Library folder
  3. Click the Library folder
  4. In the Roon folder, you should see a folder named Logs
  5. Zip this folder, upload to Dropbox, and share a link to the folder.

Once you’ve done this I can pass the logs over to the technical team for analysis.

Thanks!
Dylan

Who do I send this too.
Dropbox keeps telling I have an invalid email address
I’m really not braindead…

Hey @David_Grusin,

When sharing through Dropbox you should see the option to create a shareable link. See screenshot below:

Literally one of the worst websites I’ve ever seen
I am tired of wrestling with this. If I didn’t so much
money invested I would just quit. You don’t seem to have an
internet address that anyone can access. I tried to send
you a backup with a Zip file attached. An hour later I have given up.
Also sending you a dropbox file has resulted in the same ending.
Spend some time updating your website…

Hey @David_Grusin,

Apologies for the difficulties here. When sharing a Dropbox link you should be able to use Create A Link (as seen in the screenshot in my last post) and then paste that link right here with your response. I am sending you a PM shortly with some additional instructions for an alternate method of sending along the logs. If you have any questions please let me know.
