2TB Samsung SSD successfully installed and formatted in Nucleus as internal storage (see attached), yet when I try to transfer music to it from my MAC it reads “disk full” because it sees an empty folder (also see attached). Weird, right?.. or am I doing something totally stupid here? Any assistance you could provide would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
It looks like you are trying to transfer into the root folder.
Define a sub-folder for your music under the root.

Have you formatted that drive using the WebUI? This is a required step and listed in our Nucleus Guide. After formatting the drive I would check to see if there are any folders listed under the RoonStroage sub-directory.
