Hi Kurt,
It may be wise to re-install the instance of Roon associated with the problem user account. The way Roon installs, it does install under users. Here is the path which is in fact user based:
Here are the instructions to reload Roon and RAAT for your main username. Just be sure to backup before you proceed:
- Create a Backup of your current Roon database
- Exit out of Roon
- Navigate to your Roon’s Database Location
- Find the folder that says “Roon” and “RAATServer”
- Rename “Roon” to “Roon_old” and “RAATServer” to “RAATServer_old”
- Reinstall Roon from our Downloads Page
