Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
Does this happen for all endpoints?
How often are you seeing this issue?
In the meantime, I logged out of Qobuz and logged back in. This seems to have solved the skipping issue.
Can it be that simple?
