Majority of Tidal library showing as 'Unavailable' (ref#WRCSAC)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

Music won’t play or issues with my library

· Streaming tracks greyed out or unavailable

Tell us what's going on

· The majority of the music from my streaming library (Tidal) is showing as "Unavailable". This is the case for my PC and all of my portable devices on both the Roon Server as well as the ARC app. This seems to have happened gradually where more tracks have become unavailable over the past couple of days. But my local files are unaffected.

I have tried closing the application and restarting it. I have logged out of Tidal on my Roon as well as syncing my library mutliple times.

I have the latest version of Roon & Tidal installed on my PC as well as the Roon Server & Roon ARC app on my portible devices. My PC is running Windows 11 and my portible devices are all Andriod.

· My PC is connected directly with an ethernet cable to a TP-Link Archer BE3600. I run Tailscale but no other VPN's.

Thank you for reaching Roon support. Let’s start with clearing the streaming cache.

  • Exit out of Roon
  • Find and open your Roon database
  • Navigate to Roon/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs
