Description of Issue

I’ve got the following 3 warnings when starting Roon remote on my Win 10 PC …

What are these websites that Roon is trying to connect to and what impact does it have on Roon of they are blocked?

Just googled the first on your list. ‘Thaudray’
I suggest you do the same to them all
Not suggesting you use this, it is just to let you know what it may be.

Thanks for that but I didn’t have my browser open at the time and I’ve never been directed at these sites when using my browser. The alerts came up just as I opened Roon remote.

Hi @Sloop_John_B,

If your PC is infected it’s possible that other programs that are connecting to URLs not just browsers are affected.

Thus I would recommend following the advice to scan for and remove any malware and/or viruses.

I would also suggest removing Roon, rebooting and then reinstalling Roon.

After that I’m out of ideas, and let’s see what Roon’s @support team suggest.
