What’s happening?

I'm having trouble with my DAC, speakers, streamer, etc.

What best describes the issue with your audio device?

I see my device in Settings > Audio, but I can't enable it

Matrix Audio Mini-i 4 advertised as being Roon Ready but is not yet

Other people complaining about the same issue on the Matrix Audio Forums as well.
We have updated to the latest 1.0.7 firmware that has been released.

Have the changes not been applied to the Roon database to see these devices as being certified?
If not can it please happen soon

I can see the device it listed as Roon Ready on the partners site …

Thanks Carl as both teams have announced the device as Roon Ready and people have started getting them to find it’s not quite there yet. Though I might admit to jumping the gun by a couple of days upon hearing a rumour .

Hi @kevin let me know if you want me to restart my Roon software or Mini-i 4 device when you have done what you need to do and I will run through the process and update you.

I got a note from MA team this morning to reboot my Roon server again.
Having done so all is good with the world (well at least in my Man Cave)

You never said how many times and when
MA Confirmed the update went out overnight (or early morning China time).

Very happy with my new purchase now
