Description of Issue

Hi,
I previously had a fully functional system, but after updating RoonServer, my Roon System keeps losing connection to Meridian ID41 through Sooloos streaming 192.168.2.128. This issue causes the Meridian ID41 to disappear after a few seconds and then reappear without any intervention on my part. However, when I switch to other endpoints in my house, such as my iPhone, everything works perfectly fine, and the music plays without interruptions.
I would appreciate it if you could provide some suggestions on how to resolve this problem.
Thank you.
Umberto Lanza

Hi,

I’ve seen the before (both with Sooloos and Roon) … typically powering off the Meridian 800 series equipment and restarting it helps.

I regret to inform you that the proposed solution to the issue I encountered was ineffective and did not resolve the problem as expected.

Hi @Umberto_Lanza,

Thank you for your post and for your patience while we worked through the queue to reach your inquiry.

We’ve attempted to reach your Server to pull system diagnostics that should illuminate the issue; however, your RoonServer machine appears to have been offline.

At your convenience, can you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?

We’ll stand by for your response.
