The dreaded "Metadata improver: paused" has appeared

Describe your network setup

There appears to be nothing in the DNS or firewall logs indicating a problem: what are the addresses ROCK tries to connect to / what should be whitelisted for it to just work ?
Roon also appears to nevertheless be pulling metadata, so maybe we're somewhere in bug territory here.

FWIW, the core (or is it server now ?) is on ROCK, 2.56 build 1582.

Needless to say, I’ve followed the troubleshooting, checked for updates, sacrificed a few bats, the works.

p.s: pcap’d a shutdown / reboot, the only thing that seems to stand out is failed connections to 172.31.200.1, which is private address space if I’m not mistaken.

Aaaand eventually fixed itself, at least for now.
