Have you tried to change your router’s DNS server yet? We have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS. Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?
Just to reiterate, DNS failures and third-party security are the most common culprits for this message.
If the URL’s associated with upstream services can’t properly resolve, background services will start to fail or load slowly. This can interrupt metadata improvements that usually occur silently.
