Probably more successful to add votes and use cases to existing feature suggestions instead of diluting votes over several suggestions. E g.,

Discogs as metadata source

Hello, all! Please excuse me if this post in any way duplicates an existing Feature Request. I’m probably dumber than average, but I could not find any other post about this… Has the development team considered Discogs as a source for metadata? I find that for Electronic releases, especially lesser-known ones, there are no Genres in Roon, while Discogs will (usually) feature Genres as well as Styles. Thank you for your time.

Integration with Discogs?

Just a thought. I went to a lot of trouble to collate my LP collection on Discogs, so if I could integrate physical media as well as metadata that would be an AWESOME feature! I don’t suppose that it will happen, but food for thought. Discogs had 443,000 registered users as of January 2019, so maybe it would be a gateway for those physical media people to get into digital metadata. Hi all When listening to a track I love to visit the following site to see if the song contains any samples from other songs or has been sampled or covered itself. It’s a great way of discovering music that has a connection to songs that you may already be familiar with. It would be great to see a familiar feature available directly through Roon - I’m new to the software so perhaps something similar exists already on the platform?
