Mind2 Skipping Playing 176.4 Khz files.
Have done firmware update, checked cables.
Skips in Qobuz, Roon, Moon apps when using the Mind2
When bypassing the Mind2 and using my Mac directly into my Lab12 Dac1, they play perfectly well.
Clearly a Moon MInd2 issue.
192Khz files play fine all across.

Well have you contacted Moon by Sim Audio about this issue?
I have a Mind 2 Moon Ace unit but dont have any 176.4 files to try or even any 88.2 to try to upsample to 176.4 and see if same occurs.
For the time being can you set Roon to upsample these 176.4 files so playable through the Mind2?
I did find just one 88.2 album in my collection.
The Moon Ace Mind2 played it just fine native and custom to 176.4 with the display on the Moon showing 176.4 along with Roon signal path.
So maybe something else or it is a problem with native 176.4 files which I don’t have any of.
I would be reaching out to Moon about it.

Yes, I have contacted Simaudio and will try again this afternoon.
yesterday they suggested a firmware update. Did that today with no improvements.

Not at home now so can’t post a screenshot but you go into Muse and set sample rate conversion to enabled.
Then select custom from the drop down menu at right and for 176.4 instead of default select say 192 as a test.

What is the Muse app? I have the Moon/Mind app and can’t find anything for Muse Moon App? Thank you.
