Describe the issue

After purchasing a new mac studio and synching my roon server my music library thru Tidal didn't populate the cover art or images. The music is playing but I don't have the images. I can add screenshots if needed

Thanks for reaching out. Can you please navigate to Roon Settings → Setup → Clear Image Cache → Clear Cache, and let us know if this helps with the issue? Thanks!

Thanks for letting us know the issue is still occurring. I attempted to activate diagnostics on your Mac Roon installation, but the request didn’t go through.

Could you please follow the instructions found here to manually collect your logs and send them to us using our File Uploader? Once you’ve uploaded the logs, just let us know so we can retrieve them from our system.

Also, I noticed you have a ZENmini server as well—have you experienced any similar issues when using a remote with that setup?

I uploaded the logs. I don’t have a ZENmini, but am using a Sonicorbiter I5 server

Sorry for the mix-up. I meant to ask for the logs from your Mac Studio.

In the meantime, please try using a different DNS server. We’ve seen users have a better experience when they switch from their ISP’s default DNS to something like Cloudflare DNS, Google DNS, or Quad9.

Can you give that a try and let us know if it makes a difference?
