I was successfully casting to my Primare SC15 with tracks unfolding perfectly. Now, the profile I had set up on Roon is gone and the default Primare profile is only downsampling as it is casting via AirPlay2 instead of Chromecast. The original profile I named basement has disappeared and I can't figure out how to get back to listening in full quality.

Just to triple confirm - if you click into your profile in the upper right hand corner, you’re not able to see any additional profiles, correct?
From your admin page, we’re only seeing a single profile - “Ryan”. But, we’re also seeing your Macbook Air running as your current Roon Server. Had you previously attempted to set up your Primare machine as a server? If so, that may explain your situation.
You can navigate to Roon Settings>General> click ‘X Disconnect’ and that should bring you to a page with any available machines with Roon Server installed. Let me know if you’re able to switch over and get back to your prior profile.
