Hello!
I happened to notice that one artist’s album is not being ‘indexed’. It is not displayed in ROON.
I have no idea why.
The files are stored in a classic folder structure:
Artist\Album\Title.
What could be the reason for this?
Navigate to Settings > Library > Skipped Files.
You should see an overview of any files that were not imported and a reason why.
If the list is empty, navigate to Settings > Storage. Click the ellipsis button (3 dots) to the right of the folder where your files reside, and select “Force rescan”. This will rescan your folder and will potentially add the missing tracks.
Already did all of that.
No chance.
Have you tried restarting your Roon Server?

If you navigate to your Folders tab in Roon, are you able to find the album there?
It could be the case that Roon found multiple versions of the album and isn’t showing you the local version. Does any version of the album appear for you?
