same problem here.
running win10 on nuc with Intel graphics card.
connected to Samsung ru8000 4k TV.
have no wish to reinstall everything…
pointer works fine in a ll other application.
The transparent mouse pointer issue above was due to Windows HDR mode. If it is on, try turning it off.
Also, verify that sure your Intel graphics drivers are up to date, in not, then download the latest version from Intel.
