As part of the steps to reduce very large threads Mods are closing this thread.
Ordinarily we would re-open a new thread, but given that it is now three days since anyone last posted here I’m kind of hoping that everyone has accepted that everything that can possibly be said on this topic has been (repeatedly) said.
Before converting another thread into the same discussion, please, for the sake of everyone’s sanity, consider the possibility of not posting something you have said before.
