To start, may I kindly ask that you provide a bit more information on your current setup using this link as a guide? Additionally, can you please also provide a screenshot highlighting this issue in Roon?
My initial guess would be that you have different settings for “Show Hidden Tracks and Albums” for these devices. One of them has this setting on and the other does not, which is why it is hiding the duplicates. You can check this setting by going to Settings -> General -> Show Hidden Tracks and Albums.
Furthermore, you can also try forcing a re-scan of the watch folder where the media is located to see if this solves the issue. Please let me know the results to the above suggestions when possible.
