Music Germany corner

A rediscovery with Roon for me was meeting Pete Wyoming Bender.

I Loved This Woman was released in the early 80s and sounds like French chanson. The musical range goes further, as Born To Be Indian was already released as a single in 1978. Born of Indian descent in Germany (now France), he worked in the Berlin area at the end of his life. He spent much of his life in Saarland.

His work can be further explored here at Qobuz.

After his death in 2014, a remarkable obituary was written.
