Thanks for your post here. I noticed you also emailed us at our accounts email address, but this community forum post here is the best place to receive technical support.

Can you please clarify what exactly is going wrong with music streaming? How is the Nucleus connected, is it connected directly to the ARRIS? Have you tried rebooting the ARRIS router and Nucleus and the behavior is still the same afterwards?
